Help turn our ambitions into reality by joining us

We have a tremendous opportunity right now in Scotland. There is momentum to make meaningful improvements to support services for victims of crime and to positively influence our criminal justice system, by putting victims and witnesses first.

Victim Support Scotland is, alongside our partners, at the forefront of much of this change. We want to turn our ambitions into reality and make Scotland better equipped, when it comes to supporting victims in the aftermath of a crime.

To do this, we need people like you.

We are currently recruiting for a number of new, exciting and varied posts across Scotland. These posts have been carefully designed to consider the needs of victims. You could secure a new post that makes a profound and direct impact on the lives of those affected by crime, every day.

The creation of these new posts is part of our new phase of development as a charity. You could be part of supportive team of employees and volunteers that is providing services to victims in the community, from our offices throughout Scotland, and in the courts when victims and witnesses are often at their most vulnerable.

If you have energy, determination and leadership experience as well as enthusiasm for what we do, then we would love to hear from you.
