Victim Support Scotland's Manifesto for 2026 Scottish Parliament Election

Our manifesto reflects the main things we will be asking MSPs to consider ahead of the upcoming Scottish Parliamentary elections.

VSS engages fully and effectively with MSPs. Much of what was in our last manifesto is now being implemented through the Victim, Witnesses, and Justice Reform Act 2025, and this demonstrates that effective lobbying can take years to make a positive different to victims.

We are really grateful to all people impacted by crime who continue to share their experiences - this truly makes a significant impact when we are liaising with MSPs and decision makers within the criminal justice system.
