Sentencing and Penal Policy Commission's Call for Views

This is Victim Support Scotland's Response to the Sentencing and Penal Policy Commission's Call for Views. Victim Support Scotland will also be directly engaging with the Commission as their review of Scotland's Sentencing and Penal Policy landscape progresses. 

We have chosen to highlight several key areas within our consultation response, however, this is not an exhaustive list of the challenges that the Scottish Justice System must address in order to be a truly trauma-informed and victim-centred system.
