Our opening hours on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day are 10am – 3pm.
At all other times, we will be open as normal:
- Monday to Friday: 8am – 8pm
- Saturday to Sunday: 10am – 4pm
We will also continue to process applications to our Emergency Assistance Fund through the festive period.

Crime doesn’t stop over the festive period and neither does our team at Victim Support Scotland.
