We are keen to hear what you think about our services. This will allow us to look at where our services are working well, and also where we need to improve. We take our feedback seriously as it allows us to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to those affected by crime.

Complaints

Victim Support Scotland believes in supporting anyone affected by crime to the best of our abilities. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the the service you have received, we want to know about it so that we can make sure we make it right and improve.

If you are making a complaint, please include:

  • Date of the issue you are complaining about
  • Service centre to which your complaint relates
  • Reason for your complaint
  • People involved in the issue you are complaining about
  • Background to the issue you are complaining about
  • Contact details so that we can get back to you

Your complaint will be acknowledged by the appropriate staff member within five working days of its receipt. They will carry out a complete investigation and respond fully within 28 working days via your preferred method of contact.
