Flora Henderson

Flora has worked in the non-profit sector for nearly 20 years, working in the areas of international development, health and social care sectors. She brings the experience of working as a trustee for several charities and is currently serving on the board of Scottish Women’s Aid and Auld Reekie Roller Derby. Flora has significant experience of project management, business development and starting new programmes. Currently the Alliance Manager for Future Pathways, Scotland’s first alliance, Flora brings a commitment to collaboration and partnership working as a way of developing new and more effective responses to complicated and enduring problems. She has considerable experience of multi-agency working having worked internationally in a variety of complex and changing contexts.
