Helen Roxburgh

Helen is an experienced investment professional with a background in accounting and finance. Her career started at PwC where she qualified as a chartered accountant, working in both their transaction services and assurance functions.

Currently, Helen works for an Edinburgh-based asset management firm and is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with UK and international pension schemes. She brings strong leadership and relationship-building skills having spent the past six years of her career in an investment-focussed client management role.

In 2012, Helen spent time in Zambia and Uganda working with grassroot NGOs; advising and assisting with donor reporting, budgeting, accounting systems and other micro-finance capacity building. As a new trustee to the VSS Board, Helen is looking forward to contributing to the non-profit sector a little closer to home.
