Josie Saunders

Josie is an experienced executive and board leader with a track record in corporate strategy, reputation management, change management, growing public value and motivating and empowering people.

Currently Chair of the People, Quality and Innovation Committee at Victim Support Scotland, Josie has been on boards for 10 years, previously as Chair of Mischief La Bas, a leading arts charity, and trustee of Scottish Huntington’s Association. She is also a long-standing member of the Strategic Communications Group at Changing the Chemistry.

An accomplished reputation management leader, Josie is currently CEO of Ceteris Scotland Ltd, a leading social enterprise that drives economic development and job creation across some of Central Scotland’s most deprived communities. Ceteris owns and operates a £15m property portfolio of 20 premises across nine sites, providing quality office and commercial space to 190+ SMEs, organisations and multi-nationals as well as business start-up and growth support to 200 companies a year, including the delivery of the Clackmannanshire Business Gateway contract.

She spent nine years in the public sector leading reputation management at Scottish Canals but has also led communications for First Direct bank, Scottish Power, Scottish Government, NHS24 and EMAP Global among others.
