Stephen McCafferty

Stephen is an Occupational Psychologist with over 40 year’s experience in providing people orientated approaches to business development. Working with Boards and executive teams, he has led HR professionals to deliver human capital strategies supporting transformational change in international organisations including European Investment Bank, Bank of America and Standard Life.

Stephen’s non-executive experience includes Governor on the Court at Glasgow Caledonian University, HR Committee member at the University of Glasgow, Appointments Board Member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Additionally, he has been a lay member of East Lothian Children’s Panel. He continues to provide executive coaching to senior level clients.
