A Victim-Centred Approach to Justice in Scotland: Scoping and Modelling Project
This project, commissioned by Victim Support Scotland, sought to explore how a more victim-centred approach could be realised in Scotland's criminal justice system.
This report provides modelled and costed options for transforming the justice system in Scotland to one which is victim-centred.
Commissioned by Victim Support Scotland, and carried out by Journey Associates as part of the Victim-Centred Approach workstream of the Victims Taskforce, this work took a service-design approach and involved over 140 people.
Participants included victims and survivors of crime, victim support organisations as well as staff from criminal justice agencies.
