Our reports allow us to make a strong evidence-based case for Victim Support Scotland’s public policy stances by presenting the views of victims and witnesses alongside evidence and data from the criminal justice system and elsewhere.

Where possible, we work with our partnership organisations to share knowledge and expertise on a range of intersecting issues that impact the support needs of victims and witnesses of crime.
