Going to court
Victim Support Scotland provides help for witnesses. If you are attending court as a victim or witness for a crime, our volunteers will be available to help you on the day.
Please contact us before you go to court by either calling our free phone number, 0800 160 1985, or using our contact form.
We have a range of information below explaining our service, how to prepare for court and your rights as a witness or victim going to court.
It is important to state that VSS is not funded to support people accused of crimes.
